​In my 4 years at DAA I:

  • taught: IB Lang/Lit DP1 and DP2 Gr 9 and 10 English, Gr. 9-12 Journalism

  • Established student-led CAS Committee to promote and provide community opportunities

  • Designed and hosted first ever DAA Virtual Clubs and Activities Fair

  • led the Grade 9 Team

In my 4 years at SIS I:

  • Designed 7th-grade Literacy and Communication curricula incorporating Writer's and Reader's Workshop model

  • Taught Grade 7 Literacy, Grade 7 Communications, Grade 8 Literacy and Communications, Sports Writing and Broadcasting, and Advisory

  • Originated and advised MS Sports Broadcasting class

  • Introduced and implemented 20 Time Project

  • Was nominated for the Douglas County "Apple Award" three times
